THE RULES

1. The Golden Rule: Respect one another.

2. This is a social game, make scandals, steal someone's man or woman! Make the most of your character's time.

3. We encourage playing with new people and if you join just to ask your friends to join and not play with anyone else, we will have a problem.

4. This game is based on social interactions alone. Scandals, evil stuff and anything else can happen. While this isn't a "dark game," characters can be dark-themed all they want. We do not discriminate on the tone you choose to write your characters with.

5. Open your mind. If you feel your character likes someone else and they're in a relationship, go for it. However, you should respect the player who plays the significant other and tell them. You don't want to step on any toes.

6. This is the 1920s, everything sexual should be discreet. Homosexuality did exist, but it would probably be a reason enough to be blasted off of the family tree, as this was not acceptable behavior back then.

7. If there is any drama, both parties will be removed. If you can't be mature adults, we don't want you here.

8. If you have a problem with a previous player, drop it or get over it. No immature, "I can't play w/this person!!11."

9. Be Honest. If you don't like the game, tell us. If you hate a player, tell us. If you want to leave, tell us. If you plan on being passive-aggressive and lying about why you need to leave or something, don't bother.

10. If you plan on telling your friends, we're going to be strict on how active they are. There is no point of telling 1,000 people to join, if only 1 of them is active.

11. It's unlikely that this game will get very big, but we hope people can step out of the box and join.

12. Some deaths can be voided and some birthdays can be changed to make characters a little older or younger. This is like 4-6 years, not 10-13 years, just enough to make characters who are younger in their mid-late teens. Some characters cannot be changed though.

13. Because of the nature of this game, some pure-blooded names are allowed to be taken up. We expect you to base your characterizations on the characters in their blood line. Let's say you play a Weasley, you know they have to give them more than 2+ siblings, not an overabundance of money and red hair. If your character has siblings not in canon, we will add them but the names will be up to those who take on the character.

14. We'd like this to be a tight-knit group, please feel free to have fun with it! Don't be afraid to try things out.

REASONS TO JOIN:

1. This is an era that's never been played before.
2. There is a lot of plotting for social games that don't need a lot of evil shit happening for there to be fun and involve everyone.
3. It's not meant to be a HUGE game, exclusive to those that love roleplaying their characters out in situations!
